Just before the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in 2010 (on the Yas Marina Circuit), one of the main sponsors, Mubadala, held a gala evening at the Yas Marina Hotel in Abu Dhabi. Site-specific to the event, a projection was created for a 32m wide and 2.6m high curved projection screen that wrapped around the main dining area, creating a vibrant backdrop to the evening that served to enhance and unify the event architecture, taking into account the entire sensory experience of the guests. Derived from the Mubadala brand palette, a dynamic, informative, decorative and artful animation was created that complemented the identity and the environment of the event in a subtle and elegant form.
